Return & Refund Policy

At HealthMora, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of health supplements, we have specific guidelines regarding returns:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, seal intact, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened supplements for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@healthmora.com within 48 hours with photos of the package.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
